Black Patent Alberts

For something a little different than the patent pump with a gross grain bow, choose the patent Albert. Cut with a higher tongue than the pump it also offers a fit more shoe like. With your choice of quilted or leather linings it is the ideal black tie and dress shoe to wear. Order in sizes from 6-13 with half sizes (no half size between 12 & 13). It comes with a dress weight 1/8" sole and a leather heel.

Order your choice of initials, club crest or logo on your velvet albert houseshoes by the end of September for Christmas delivery. With all the embroidery by hand they take time to produce and cannot be produced for a guaranteed deliver for Christmas after this date.

1. Order in a choice of Black, Burgundy, Bottle Green, Navy, Brown, White or Pink velvet.

2. Choose between red quilted or black quilted linings.

Bow Pumps & Bow Albert House Shoes

Both the pump and they house shoe can be used for very formal occasions, they both look good with a tuxedo and which ever one you choose will certainly make a nice accompaniment. The velvet house shoe looks excellent, it is slightly higher cut and has a lovely line to it. The Patent bow pump is as English and as classic as Buckingham Palace, always appropriate for any formal dinner, dance or where you wish to be dressed correctly. They are both lined with a quilted lining, making them very comfortable to wear for an evening event. With a dress weight leather sole and heel, they make an ideal shoe for dancing. All house shoes and pumps are hand crafted in England.

Also available but not shown is a box calf pump with a bow-another timeless classic with good looks. It is your choice for what ever style you choose, or maybe one of each for whatever occasion you may wish to attend.

The english house shoe (slipper) has been around for centuries, some are embroidered with an initial, some are heavily embroidered all over and some have a family crest on. These pieces of history are still available today in a choice of colours and a choice of linings and with virtually any design you can imagine being hand embroidered on to the velvet.

The house shoes are made in stock sizes from a 6 to a 13 with 1/2 sizes, therefore if you are a general size in english shoes then the same size would apply in the house shoe. The house shoe to the right is in black velvet with a red quilted lining and the initials 'H W' hand embroidered in 'script'. They come with a very fine leather sole and heel that make them suitable for light use outdoors. The shape is a very traditional oval toeshape that is very classic in looks and design.
